RETURNS AND REFUNDS Our policy is to take anything back that you are not satisfied within 7 days of delivery and a full refund of the returned item will be made providing the following conditions are met:
1) The cost of returning the product(s) will be the responsibility of the customer. In the case of larger items or products that require specific treatment we reserve the right to nominate a specialist transport company to reduce the risk of damage due to poor handling.This cost will be passed on to the client and will also be charged each time the client accepts a returns collection date but fails to meet that collection appointment. 2) The goods must be adequately packed including all original packing to prevent damage in transit. 3) Goods must be received by us in their original condition, unused, undamaged and with the original packing intact for us to be able to offer a refund or replacement. 4) The refund is for the cost of the item only and does not include the initial delivery charge.
DAMAGED GOODS If goods are delivered in a damaged condition this must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery in order for us to replace your product(s) free of charge. Failure to do so will disqualify you against a free replacement. Please check packaging carefully when receiving a delivery and make note of any damage. When signing for a delivery please report and sign for any damage to packaging when accepting your delivery.This will help us to claim against the delivery company.
